Want to submit an application? You do not have to be in recovery or reentry to apply. We help with various housing transitions. 

Please be sure to answer ALL questions honestly and completely. 

• If you have not read our House Rules & Expectations please do so now. They are available below. Submission of your application implies that you are in agreement with them.

Each application is evaluated based on its own merits. 

• All applications will require the applicant to provide a background check, submit to a drug/alcohol and Covid-19 screening upon acceptance into the home.

** Please Note: Our homes currently do not accept individuals with a documented history of chronic violent behavior or chronic sexual offenses (RSO).
